Who We Are
Val Tours Jamaica was established in October of 2014 and became fully operational in March of 2021. We are a licensed and registered tour operator providing a fast, easy, and cost-effective way to book ground transportation islandwide.
We recognized that ground transportation is an often overlooked detail that can often make or break one's trip. We also know that knowing your options and comparing companies, vehicles and rates can be a time-consuming process so with us there is no hassle. Our goal to each and every one of our guests is to provide an exceptional service and an experience of a lifetime that you won't soon forget.
Meet Our Team
Valentinous Ricketts (CEO & Tour Operator)
Valentinous Ricketts has been a Tour Operator for over 10 years, certified and licensed with both TPDCO and the JTB. Valentinous has been attending to guests for as long as he could think, starting out as a butler at the infamous Half Moon for 11 years before transitioning to become a tour operator.
The ultimate goal of our CEO is to provide, devise, arrange, and promote holidays and travel options, working with hotels, airlines and other transport companies for ground travel, in order to execute said arrangements.
Brittania Ricketts (Dispatcher)
As the daughter of the business's CEO and a recent college graduate possessing an Associate's Degree in Social Work, Brittania's prime duties involves monitoring driver logs, keeping records, handling calls from each guests, and dispatching appropriate team members.
